We promote live entertainment events, daytime parties, brunch shows and over-30s club nights across Northern Ireland & Ireland.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party ticketing platforms or payment processors.

4. Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are processed by third-party providers. Their own terms also apply.

Our general refund position:

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.

  • If an event is cancelled, you will receive a refund through the original ticketing provider.

If you purchased through a reseller or third party, you must contact them directly.

5. Customer Behaviour & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who:

  • behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner

  • is intoxicated or abusive

  • fails to follow venue guidance

This is to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By submitting a contact form, you give consent for your details to be used to reply to your enquiry.

We are not liable for:
